Pocket Pies
Ingredients: 1 can of croissant rolls 1 can of pie filling
Directions: Open and separate croissant rolls. Place a small amount of pie filling on the roll and wrap the croissant around the pie filling. Bake according to croissant directions.
Can also be made “southern style” by flattening canned biscuits and wrapping them around the pie filling.
My mom makes another type of these that are my personal favorite - cooked sausage and melted Velveeta cheese. Yum!!
